STANDARD TERMS AND CONDITIONS

ALL TRANSACTIONS BETWEEN PARAMOUNT ROOFING SOLUTIONS AND THE CLIENT WILL BE SUBJECT TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS CONTAINED HEREINAFTER 

1.    Client will be required to pay a 50% deposit on acceptance of this quotation.

2.    Client undertakes to settle account in full on presentation of final invoice by Paramount Roofing Solutions.

3.    Client agrees that if account is not settled on presentation of final invoice, Paramount Roofing Solutions is entitled to immediately institute legal action against Client at the sole expense of Client and further that Paramount Roofing Solutions is entitled to take possession of all materials supplied and claim damages.

4.    The Client hereby indemnifies Paramount Roofing Solutions and all its personnel for all damages, consequential damages, Acts of God, unforeseen damages, loss of income or any other loss suffered by Client or any third party as a result of any activities / work performed by Paramount Roofing Solutions in terms of above quotation.

5.    Paramount Roofing Solutions does not take responsibility for any cables which have to be moved in order to seal the new flashings including TV, DSTV and Power Cables.  Through the years these cables become brittle and can break easily when it is moved.  Therefore, if any cables break or set alight, Paramount Roofing Solutions cannot be held responsible.

6.    The Client must maintain the waterproofing and all repairs done as per above quotation.  

7.    All materials will remain the property of Paramount Roofing until full settlement of account.
